Commercial terms govern every destination copywriting delivery.
This document defines our bilateral engagement model, delivery timetables, pricing schedules, revision warranties, and accessibility commitments for municipal copywriting services.
Effective Date & Document History
These Terms of Service and Delivery Contract became effective on October 27, 2026. They apply to all digital inquiries, draft reviews, hourly research engagements, and formal bilateral contracts initiated on or after that calendar day. Prior project agreements executed before October 27, 2026 remain governed by the specific delivery schedules attached to their signed statements of work.
Any previous draft version of these service conditions is superseded in full. Tabireno reviews these terms annually against current municipal procurement guidelines, digital accessibility benchmarks, and US commercial advertising statutes.
Contracting Entity & Operating Practice
These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between the client or municipal authority designating an editorial project and Tabireno, operating as a registered Sole Proprietorship founded and managed by Ivan Petrov.
The practice maintains its permanent commercial base at 308 Brazos Street, Austin, Texas 78701, Austin, Texas, United States. Direct operational telephone contact is maintained via +1 (391) 555-4365, and electronic correspondence is routed through [email protected]. Ivan Petrov has operated as an independent destination copywriter and civic text specialist since 2021, holding a documented operating record including 3 published municipal website reference projects across rural Spanish and regional destinations.
Service Scope & Deliverable Boundaries
Tabireno supplies documentary destination website copywriting, rural municipality briefing pages, regional itinerary documentation, civic visitor orientation texts, and archival research syntheses. Our core deliverables are strictly text-based and informational:
- Single-page municipal reference briefings covering geographic coordinates, civic offices, seasonal climate observations, and emergency phone matrices.
- Complete five-page municipal website packages containing municipal overview, heritage walking trails, seasonal civic calendar, practical resident logistics, and municipal contact directory.
- Hourly copywriting, archival gazetteer validation, local fact-checking, and editorial revisions.
Tabireno does not provide software engineering, custom CMS software development, web server administration, graphic branding design, photographic production on location, or legal representation before municipal councils. All texts are delivered as clean markdown files or ingested into client-supplied CMS platforms upon explicit arrangement.
Inquiry Mechanism & Formal Order Formation
No commercial transactions, credit card authorizations, payments, or immediate checkouts occur through tabireno.com. There is no shopping cart or instant purchase mechanism. Any price range, fee calculator output, or tabular figure published on this domain serves solely as an indicative commercial estimate based on typical project parameters.
An inquiry transmitted through our web form, chat channel, or direct email initiates a preliminary consultation. An inquiry becomes an order only when:
- Tabireno reviews the client brief, target word count, and available local archival documentation.
- Both parties agree upon a formal written scope of work specifying pages, research depth, delivery milestones, and total compensation.
- A bilateral service contract is signed by both authorized representatives.
Fee Structure, Currencies & Quote Adjustments
All professional rates and project fees are denominated and payable in United States Dollars (USD). Pricing follows the confirmed parameters established by the operator:
- Single-page reference sheet: 150–500 USD per page.
- Complete five-page municipal website text suite: 1,800–6,000 USD per project.
- Hourly copywriting, archival research, and editing: 46–145 USD per hour.
The final quoted fee depends strictly on five objective project variables: total page count and target word volume; required depth of archival and topographical research; level of SEO keyword integration and multi-dialect search mapping; project turnaround urgency; and whether preliminary editorial strategy or extended revision cycles are commissioned. Standard turnaround spans 1 to 2 weeks for full municipal packages. Expedited delivery schedules or fundamental mid-project shifts in municipal boundary scope will result in a formal rate adjustment agreed via an amended bilateral statement of work.
Acceptable Use & Platform Integrity
By accessing tabireno.com, you agree to utilize the site solely for legitimate evaluation of municipal copywriting services and direct commercial inquiry. Visitors are strictly prohibited from:
- Deploying automated scrapers, spiders, or data extraction scripts against site pages or research dossiers without prior written authorization.
- Attempting to probe, scan, or compromise web server endpoints, administration directories, or handler scripts including fifi6c4.php and hemuc52.php.
- Injecting malicious code, SQL injection strings, cross-site scripting payloads, or unsolicited advertising spam into inquiry fields.
- Misrepresenting municipal affiliations, impersonating public officials, or submitting fabricated contact credentials.
Intellectual Property Rights & Copyright Assignment
All contents published on tabireno.com—including the Tabireno wordmark and logo marks, website structure, typographical layouts, editorial styleguides, and published case study excerpts—are the exclusive intellectual property of Tabireno and Ivan Petrov, protected under United States and international copyright conventions.
For commissioned client engagements, draft manuscripts remain the property of Tabireno throughout the drafting phase. Upon final invoice settlement and receipt of full project payment, Tabireno grants an exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide assignment of all copyright and publishing rights in the approved municipal text to the client authority. Tabireno retains the limited right to cite the completed work and display excerpts within its professional portfolio.
Documentary Revision Warranty & Accuracy Guarantee
Tabireno warrants that all municipal copy, destination guides, and civic briefings are produced with rigorous documentary care, drawing upon verified cadastral records, regional gazetteers, municipal bulletins, and client-supplied briefings.
Under our Revision Warranty:
- Every fixed-price project (Single-Page Briefing and Five-Page Package) includes two structured rounds of editorial revisions at no additional charge.
- The revision window remains open for 14 calendar days following initial draft delivery.
- Any verifiable factual inaccuracy—including incorrect municipal elevations, erroneous administrative office hours, inaccurate trail markers, or misstated emergency telephone numbers—will be corrected within 48 business hours upon notification.
This warranty does not cover subjective stylistic pivots departing from the approved intake brief or retroactive expansion of page word counts beyond the agreed contractual ceiling.
Disclaimers & Informational Nature
Information published on tabireno.com is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we verify municipal statistics, weather patterns, and topographical data rigorously for our case studies (including our Taberno municipal dossier), Tabireno does not warrant that site availability will be completely uninterrupted or free from minor typographical anomalies.
Tabireno does not guarantee specific commercial revenues, tourist headcounts, or third-party search engine algorithm ranking positions resulting from published copy. Municipal search visibility depends on broader web architecture, domain authority, and technical hosting factors outside our copywriting remit.
Limitation of Commercial Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Tabireno nor Ivan Petrov shall be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages—including lost municipal tax revenues, booking interruptions, or third-party hosting failures—arising out of or in connection with our website or editorial deliverables.
In all circumstances, Tabireno’s aggregate commercial liability for any verified breach of contract or negligence claim shall be strictly capped at the total amount of professional fees actually received by Tabireno from the client for the specific project or disputed page package.
Suspension, Cancellation & Termination Procedures
Tabireno reserves the right to immediately refuse service, terminate ongoing discussions, or block access to web communication channels if a user engages in abusive conduct, transmits fraudulent materials, or repeatedly violates these acceptable use standards.
For active client contracts, either party may terminate the engagement upon seven calendar days' written notice via email. In the event of early termination, the client remains obligated to compensate Tabireno for all completed pages, verified research hours, and pro-rata draft development performed up to the formal termination date.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution Venue
These Terms of Service, along with any separate bilateral service contracts entered into with Tabireno, shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced under the laws of the State of Texas and the federal laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal dispute, lawsuit, arbitration proceeding, or judicial controversy arising from these terms or our copywriting services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Austin, Texas. Both parties irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Digital Accessibility Standards & Commitments
Tabireno ensures that municipal documentation and website interfaces remain accessible to every citizen and visitor, including people with motor, visual, auditory, or cognitive disabilities. Our digital architecture adheres strictly to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA criteria:
- Semantic HTML5 landmark landmarks (header, nav, main, section, aside, footer) on every page.
- All interactive elements offer tap targets of at least 44 by 44 pixels with clear focus indicators.
- High contrast ratios: dark ink text (#292929) provides 14.5:1 contrast against the pure white ground (#FFFFFF), exceeding the 4.5:1 requirement.
- Descriptive text alternatives for all informational photographs; decorative elements are marked aria-hidden=“true”.
- Full keyboard accessibility without traps, complete skip links, and smooth responsiveness down to 320px viewport widths.
If you encounter any accessibility barrier on tabireno.com, please contact Ivan Petrov directly at [email protected] or call +1 (391) 555-4365. Remediation is addressed within 5 business days.
Contract Amendments & Revision Notice
Tabireno reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms of Service as municipal regulations, advertising policies, or statutory guidelines evolve. When revisions occur, the updated terms will be published immediately on this URL with an updated effective date at the top of the document.
Clients engaged in active, uncompleted project contracts will receive direct written notice of material term revisions via electronic mail. Continued consultation or project initiation following the posting of amended terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
